20世纪60年代初的澳门，此时澳门博彩业逐渐正规化，表面上虽是欣欣向荣一片祥和的景象，但人心叵测，总有一些人会为了自己的利益而不择手段。在这个鱼龙混杂的年代，澳门的江湖之中又将掀起一段血雨腥风的故事。因为整顿违规赌场断了部分人的财路，身为澳门商会副会长的侯贤引来杀身之祸。市井赌徒付春生，因一场意外被人设计被迫刺杀侯贤。后因曾获得侯贤恩惠而放弃刺杀，转念帮助侯贤脱身，逃入白氏武馆中，结识一众底层人民，感受到亲人一般的感觉。最终，在付春生的带领下，众人齐心协力破坏了以黄书郎为首的黑暗势力所策划的暗害侯贤的阴谋。

辛普森一家第十一季

本片根据真实案件改编，讲述一个1942年美国路易斯安那州一个因美貌而被指控谋杀的女人，在漫长的审判期间如何在一位神父的帮助下保持希望和平静。电影以历史案件和2005年出版的小说为蓝本拍摄，导演TomAnton和妻子SandiRussell共同撰写剧本并监制。夫妇俩都是狂热影迷，在成为电影制作人之前TomAnton干了二十年的环境咨询。虽然他们的第一部电影《最终》票房惨败，但八年后两人又携《赦免》杀回电影圈。影片配乐由艾美奖得主阿什利·欧文打造，与精美的服装布景很好地融为一体。
